Stage 1
Full vessel FESCO ULISS (MPP, geared) from Xingang, China to Chukotka peninsula in Russia, ice escort at norther Sea Route leg, unloading in the port of Pevek,
Stage 2
Mobilization of the Mi26 helicopters for air transportation on the route Pevek - Keperveem - Peschanka - Keperveem - Pevek. Air transportation with preliminary collection of cargo by truck from Moscow and Yekaterinburg: several flights from the airport in Khabarovsk to Keperveem airport, Chukotka region.
Stage 3
Multimodal transportation of oversized cargo from Germany to the port of Arkhangelsk with further shipment by sea to the port of Pevek. Complete customs clearance of cargo.
